1. What is the passing mark for the quiz?

You need to achieve a mark of 70% or higher to pass and receive your certificate of completion.

2. Can I save my progress and come back later?

Yes, the quiz automatically saves as you go. If you don’t finish in one session, you can return later and continue where you left off.

3. Can I take the quiz more than once?

No, you can only complete the quiz once. Once you’ve submitted your final answer and received your score, you cannot go back to edit or retake the quiz.

4. I accidentally submitted the quiz before finishing. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once the quiz is submitted, it cannot be reopened. Please ensure you’ve answered all questions before submitting.

5. What happens if I don’t pass the quiz?

If you don’t achieve the required 70% pass mark, you will not receive a certificate...Contact ASUM if you have concerns about the ‘Certificate of Completion’. Please note the response time may vary 3-5 days.

6. How will I know my score?

Your score will be displayed on the screen after you submit the final question.

7. Will I receive confirmation of my certificate?

The assessment will be available for completion until 16th January 2025. Once your results are reviewed and approved, your certificate of completion will be sent to the email address provided after 26th January 2025.

8. I’m having trouble accessing the quiz. What should I do?
