Dr Jayshree Ramkrishna is an Obstetrician Gynecologist with subspecialty training in Obstetric and Gynecological ultrasound. She completed her MD from the University of Mumbai and obtained her Fellowship and subspecialty from Royal Australian and New Zealand college of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr Ramkrishna trained and worked as a Consultant Obstetrician/Sonologist in the Fetal Medicine Unit and Department of Ultrasound at the Royal Women’s Hospital since 2004. During her sub-speciality training, she also worked at the Mercy Hospital for Women and Monash Medical Centre. Dr Ramkrishna has recently been appointed Consultant Sonologist for Eastern Health and is currently an examiner for the ASUM DDU and RANZCOG COGU examinations. She has a strong interest in education and teaching.

Dr Ramkrishna has additional training in deep endometriosis scanning and has recently established this service at MUFW.

Her areas of expertise include –Fetal neurosonography, fetal malformations, multiple pregnancies and women’s imaging.
